Refund Policy

We provide services as listed in the website. The delivery of services are done after personal discussion and agreement between the our company and the clients. The terms of the services are purely based on the mutual agreements. The payment terms are as per the agreed stages.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of any services or products, please let us know and we will give you refund as per the terms of the agreement. We will process for the legitimate refund within one week of the claim.

For any products sold by us, refund will be processed within 3-4 days of return completed. Any grievance related to return or refund may be mailed to – e6mmaritime@gmail.com

Cancellation Policy

Services once committed by our company and by the clients leads to starting of the background work and back end processes. Since the processes are expensive and need great deal mobilization of resources, it is expected the the clients take the decisions after careful understanding of the subject matter.

In case any advance is paid towards a committed service, if later on refused by the customer, then such advance will be forfeited.

Further to above if the company incurs any loss due to such commitment from the clients due to mobilization of resources, such amount may be charged upon the customer.

For any product, cancellation is applicable within 7 days of delivery of the product provided the product is is intact and all packaging is properly preserved. Any damage to the product from shape, size, functioning, packaging or construction will not be accepted for cancellation.
