Our products address each problem with customized solutions instead of tackling all types dredging issues by a single gross approach as done by traditional dredgers. At present, most of the dredging works are categorized as capital or maintenance dredging and all these dredging needs are addressed by conventional dredgers – TSHD or CSD.

But when looked closely, each dredging need has special conditions, with various local and locational factors. After research and studies, we found that addressing each dredging work separately reduces the complexity of the projects and hence the overall cost. Thus, we have developed a host of products that provide different solutions to different set of problems.

For example, in case of harbors on the river courses are continuously fed with loads of fluid sediments that when allowed for longer time settles down on the harbor bed to form thick layers. This in turn reduces depth drastically which interferes normal operation of the harbor. Those added layers has to be dredged afterwards by conventional dredgers which incurs heavy costs. Instead of allowing the sediments to settle down on harbor bed, if we continually remove the incoming fluid sediments in real-time basis, there won’t be any reduction of depth at all. It means no revenue loss from disturbed operation of harbor as well as no or minimal subsequent cost on dredging. To carry out the real-time removal of incoming sediment loads from harbor bed we developed ‘Desidementor”.

**Long Term Contracts of Annual Maintenance Dredging.**

There are many numerous harbors around the world suffering from heavy sedimentation and consequent periodical dredging to regain original depths. The recurrent maintenance dredging incurs heavy costs. It involves mainly deposition of sand, slit, clay deposited from various sources due to currents in a previously dredged area. We have innovative methods to minimize this cost using our eco-dredging methods

There are also some harbors suffering from slow and steady sedimentation and consequent periodical dredging to regain original depths. It happens over a period of time depending on the sources, It also involves deposition of mainly deposition of sand, slit, clay. We have innovative methods to minimize this occasional cost using our eco-dredging methods

Capital dredging aims for new development of berths or deeper water which was not dredged in near past. Our eco-dredgers are equally efficient in capital dredging like in maintenance dredging. Be it increasing channel depths or depths at existing berths or developing new berth areas, we are efficient in achieving the requirements.

We provide port-specific alternative methods to Dredging. The main objective of PS-AMD (Port-specific Alternative Methods to Dredging) is to reduce the heavy and recurrent cost of dredging to ports and harbors facing chronic sedimentation. Our methods are very effective in reducing sedimentation of harbors.

As per the need of the clients, we accept projects where we take complete responsibility of depth maintenance irrespective of nature of the requirements of the case. In such case we use various cost-effective solutions suitable to the port and reduce the annual cost substantially compared to conventional maintenance dredging costs.

We provide Harbor Capacity Augmentation (HCA) solution only when our CDM solution is up and running in a port. With suitable modification to the existing CDM infrastructure , we can achieve even deeper depths to channel and berths without much additional costs. Harbor bed gets deepened slowly but regularly throughout the year without need for capital dredging.
