Shipping Policy

We provide services as committed in the agreements with clients. Allocation and mobilization of resources starts within 2-3 days of agreement from the clients to our terms and conditions.

For online courses, webinars, events etc. once the client commits and pays the fees for the his/her seat, he/she has to attend the agreed dates and time slots. No exchange of date and time will not be accepted.

For any products, shipping process will be started within 1 day of receiving the funds for the product.

Delivery Policy

Delivery of services will be within the time frame as per the agreed terms and conditions agreed by the clients. Delivery of courses, advises, webinars, events, sessions etc. are as per the agreed time frame.

Delivery of products in India is within 10 days of receiving payments. At maximum it may go up to 30 days depending on the complexity of the products. Delivery time if any more than 10 days will be displayed to the clients before purchase. For international deliveries, the time frame can not be committed by us as it will depend on the laws of the country where the product is delivered. International buyers are requested to confirm with the local authorities regarding same and make allowances for same before making any purchases.
